"FRAGILE OUTCASTS" (2023)

 The collection Fragile Outcast is inspired by my own experiences of growing up as a mixed raced kid. It embodies the feeling of taking back your power and owning who you are. By combining elements of traditional Filipino clothing, with the masculinity of Nascar racing, I hope to achieve a new and youthful take on streetwear. 

Growing up half Asian in a white country has presented me with many challenges throughout my life. I wanted to channel these experiences that I know so many others like me can relate to, and turn it into something powerful. Many of us have learned to reject a part us in order to fit in - this collection encourages people to take up the space that they deserve without having to do so. 

I knew that I wanted to embody a powerful masculine and feminine strength that would speak to not only those who can relate to my story, but also those who have always felt like an outcast.
